For Online Courses & Services:

    • All purchases of online or offline batches/services are strictly non-refundable.
    • If you mistakenly purchase a batch, you may request to transfer it to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of purchase.
    • We strongly recommend reviewing the complete course details, system requirements, and content before making a payment.

       

    • For Physical Products:

      • If a physical product is damaged or lost due to the courier partner, you are eligible for a replacement.
      • If the wrong address is provided or the product is not accepted by the recipient, no refund or replacement will be issued.
      • We advise customers to carefully verify their shipping details before placing an order.
      • In case of technical issues or defects, replacement eligibility will be subject to inspection and approval.
