    At Mobication Hub, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and in a timely manner, while ensuring quality packaging and smooth logistics.

    Domestic Shipping (Within India Only)

    Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

    • All orders are shipped on the next working day after order placement.

    • Delivery timelines are as follows:

      • For most urban and semi-urban areas: 10 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

      • For certain rural or remote towns/villages with limited courier access: Delivery may take 15 to 20 working days.

    Please note: Physical products are shipped only within India.

    International Shipping (Outside India)

    • We do not ship any physical products outside India.

    • International customers can purchase digital products only, which will be delivered immediately upon successful payment via email or digital download.

    We use trusted and reliable logistics partners for all domestic shipments, including:

    • Shiprocket

    • Shyplite

    • Delhivery

    • Xpressbees

    • India Post

    • Picker, and others.

    Shipping Charges

    • Free Shipping is available for orders above ₹1000.

    • For orders below ₹1000, a shipping fee will be applied and shown at checkout.

    Order Communication

    Customers will receive notifications via SMS and WhatsApp Broadcast at key stages:

    1. When your order is placed

    2. When assigned to a logistics company

    3. When picked from our warehouse

    4. Upon delivery

    5. If the order is returned

    6. When a refund is issued

    7. If the order is not delivered within 15–20 days, a refund will be initiated

    Damaged Product Handling

    If a product is received in a damaged condition, you may choose one of the following options (applicable for selected products only):

    Option 1: Return and Replace

    • Submit a “Return and Replace” form.

    • The damaged product will be picked up and a replacement will be sent.

    Option 2: Return and Refund

    • Submit a “Return and Refund” form.

    • The product will be picked up and a refund will be processed after pickup.
